These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of trtoptima.co and the services described on it, offered by Optima Health and Wellness SAS (“TRT Optima,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company organized under the laws of Colombia, with its registered address at Cra. 48 #19 Sur-100, Zona 2, Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia. By using this website or contacting us to schedule an evaluation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

TRT Optima coordinates hormone health evaluations for adults in Colombia. This includes helping arrange laboratory testing, connecting patients with licensed Colombian physicians for evaluation, and supporting ongoing monitoring for patients who begin treatment.

TRT Optima does not itself provide medical services, diagnoses, or prescriptions. All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are made exclusively by independently licensed physicians in Colombia, exercising their own clinical judgment. TRT Optima’s role is to coordinate logistics, such as laboratory scheduling, communication, and follow-up support, around that independent medical care.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are providing accurate, truthful information about yourself and your health history.

3. No Guarantee of Treatment or Outcome

Requesting an evaluation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or prescribed. Treatment eligibility is determined solely by a licensed physician based on your laboratory results, symptoms, and medical history, applying accepted clinical standards such as the Endocrine Society’s Clinical Practice Guidelines. If a physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will be informed accordingly, and no prescription will be issued.

We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, symptom improvement, or result from an evaluation or treatment, since individual medical outcomes vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Costs and Payment

The initial medical review associated with a hormone evaluation is provided at no cost. Patients are responsible for the cost of laboratory testing, which is paid directly to the laboratory or as otherwise indicated at the time of scheduling. If treatment is prescribed, patients are responsible for the cost of medication, purchased directly from a licensed pharmacy at standard retail pricing, and for the cost of any follow-up laboratory work required for ongoing monitoring. Current pricing information is available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, symptoms, and medical history
• Disclose any medications, supplements, or substances you are currently using, including any non-prescribed hormonal compounds
• Follow the guidance of your evaluating or treating physician, including instructions regarding follow-up testing and monitoring
• Not misrepresent your identity, age, or medical history
• Use our website and communication channels lawfully and respectfully

Providing false or incomplete health information can result in an inaccurate evaluation and may pose a risk to your health. Treatment decisions rely on the accuracy of the information you provide.

6. Educational Content on This Website

Articles, guides, and other content published on trtoptima.co, including the Optima Blueprint, are provided for general educational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, does not create a physician-patient relationship, and should not be used as a substitute for individualized evaluation by a licensed physician. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on trtoptima.co, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Optima Health and Wellness SAS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Colombian law, Optima Health and Wellness SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our coordination services. Because medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made independently by licensed physicians, TRT Optima is not responsible for the clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions of any independently licensed healthcare provider. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Colombian law, including in relation to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services rely in part on third parties, including independent laboratories, independently licensed physicians, and pharmacy partners. We are not responsible for the independent actions, availability, pricing, or quality of service of these third parties, though we make reasonable efforts to work with reputable, properly licensed providers.

10. Communication Channels

We communicate with patients primarily via WhatsApp, email, and phone. By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted through these channels regarding your evaluation, scheduling, and care. You may request an alternative communication method at any time by contacting us directly.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
