How do I know if I have low testosterone?
Symptoms can be a reason to investigate, but they cannot confirm the diagnosis. Your physician considers your history and bloodwork, including repeat testing when needed, before recommending treatment.
Can I use bloodwork I already have?
Yes. Include it with your assessment. Depending on the tests included and when they were completed, additional or updated bloodwork may be needed.
What happens if TRT isn’t appropriate for me?
Your physician explains their findings and recommends appropriate next steps. That may include further investigation, lifestyle changes, another treatment approach, or referral to another specialist.
Can I have my consultation online?
Virtual consultations are available across Colombia. If your circumstances require an examination or another form of in-person assessment, your physician will explain what is needed.
Is the free hormone evaluation a prescription?
No. It is a personalized written explanation of your findings and recommended next steps. Diagnosis and prescribing require a physician’s assessment.
Can you continue a prescription from another country?
Your existing prescription helps your physician understand your treatment. Issuing a Colombian prescription depends on their assessment and local treatment options; rewriting an existing prescription is not guaranteed.
Do I have to join Core membership?
