Medication is INVIMA-approved and dispensed by national pharmacy chains. The Core membership covers eligible medication costs and coordinates delivery; TRT Optima does not profit from medication sales.

Is $349,000 COP the price for all TRT Optima services?
No. $349,000 COP per month is the starting bank-transfer price for the Core TRT Membership. Women’s hormone care, weight management, sexual health, and other services are priced according to the care required.
What treatment does the base Core TRT Membership cover?
The base membership covers the prescribed medication contemplated by the Core program for testosterone treatment up to 150 mg per week, together with injection supplies, delivery, coordination, and support. This is a coverage limit, not a recommended dose. Your physician determines your treatment. Higher doses or other medications may change the price.
Are blood tests and physician consultations included?
No. Laboratory tests and physician consultations are billed separately. Core members receive 20% off physician consultations and preferred pricing on eligible laboratory tests. Laboratory fees are paid directly to the laboratory.
What is free?
The personalized written hormone evaluation is free once the necessary health information and bloodwork are available. It explains key findings and suggested next steps. Blood tests, physician consultations, and ongoing treatment or support services have separate charges.
Why might my price differ from the starting price?
Your price may change if your physician prescribes a higher dose, medication outside the base program, or additional treatment. Other services and support may also carry separate charges. Our team explains your proposed costs before you proceed.
How can I pay?
The quoted Core Membership supports Colombian bank transfers, BreB, debit and credit cards, and ACH payments in US dollars. Transfers have no TRT Optima processing surcharge. Debit and credit cards carry a 5% surcharge. For ACH payments, the USD amount is confirmed at the time of transfer.
Can I cancel my Core Membership?
The Core Membership renews monthly and may be cancelled before the next renewal. Contact our team to arrange cancellation. Any decision to stop or change prescribed medication should be discussed with your physician.
Can you help if I’m already using TRT?
Yes. Share your current treatment details and available bloodwork. We help arrange a physician review and explain the applicable consultation and ongoing-care costs before you decide how to proceed.
