Is TRT Optima a medical clinic?
TRT Optima is not a medical clinic. We provide personal support and coordinate the practical aspects of your care. Medical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are handled by independent licensed physicians authorized to practice in Colombia.
What experience do the physicians have?
Our physician network includes doctors with experience in hormone health, longevity, and women’s care, including physicians who have studied in the United States. Their backgrounds vary, and our team can explain the physician options relevant to your needs.
Where is TRT Optima based, and who can use its services?
Our office is in Envigado, Antioquia. We support Colombian and international residents throughout Colombia through telehealth, with help coordinating bloodwork and treatment logistics based on local availability. Personal support is available in English and Spanish.
Where does prescribed medication come from?
Prescribed medication is dispensed through established pharmacies, including national pharmacy chains and compounding pharmacies, according to the treatment prescribed. TRT Optima helps coordinate access and delivery. We do not manufacture or dispense your medication.
